Policies Please review all policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment with Always Lashes, you agree to the following terms. These policies are in place to respect both client and artist time and to ensure the highest quality of service. Booking Policy A $25 deposit is required for all full set appointments to secure your booking. Deposits can be sent via Venmo/Zelle. Or made directly on the website. Appointments are not scheduled or held without a deposit. Fill Policy Fills are accepted only if 40–50% of extensions remain. If less than 40% retention remains, the appointment will be charged as a full set. Late Arrivals Please notify us if you anticipate being late. While we will always do our best to accommodate, full coverage cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. Refunds Refunds are not offered on services. If you experience any concerns following your appointment, please reach out within 72 hours. A complimentary touch-up will be provided to ensure satisfaction. Cancellation fees A 20% fee will apply to any cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellation Policy
A 20% fee will apply to any cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
No-Shows
